It’s Official!!!

I have been holding out my exciting news from you guys for way to long BUT…

Its official, I have a new JOB!!!

I usually prefer to keep my work life separate from my blogging life. Since my life is about to change significantly I figure it’s about time I clue you in. I used to work in finance at a bank in NYC but now I’m trying my hand in the corporate field. I’m going to be working as a Strategic Base Metals Buyer for a large company. The reason why I say that my life is about to change is not only because I’m going from finance to business but also because I’m going to be traveling 50-70% of the time. Yes you read that right…

The new job is defiantly going to require sacrifices (i.e I’m not going to the Healthy Living Summit anymore) and it will probably┬áchange the way I write the blog. I don’t know if I’ll have as much time to develop recipes so perhaps I will focus of staying healthy, working out and trying to eat vegan while on the road. Any suggestions?

What do you do to stay healthy when traveling?

In any event I am so excited to start the new job. It has been a long time coming :)

  2. CONGRATS!!!!! That is so exciting!! Can’t wait to hear where you get to travel! I think to stay healthy while traveling it’s all about bring your own snacks and checking out restaurants in advance. You can always do leg workouts and abs in a hotel room as well as pilates/yoga and most hotels have a gym, so that’s great! Enjoy!!
