I can’t believe it, but a year ago in August I started my blog with a simple goal, to tell the honest truth about my not so perfect life. It really hard to believe that its been that long… Really? A year, 365 days, 12 months of my life I’ve been sharing my life with you all. I am truly thankful for all of your comments and thoughts that you have shared with me, and so very thankful that you keep coming back to see what I have to say.
In the last year you read about my horrible case of salmonella, my awesome grape mouse pie, setting a marathon PR, finishing a 39.3 mile race, struggles finding motivation to run and my many many vacations.
This month I want to do something a bit different. I want to remake my favorite recipes, post more solid workout tips and better organize my blog layout. Are there any recipes you want to see me remake? What about particular questions about running I can focus on? Any favorite blog layouts you think I should take a look at?
And like new years resolutions I have a couple of blog anniversary resolutions:
- Focus on getting my photography better
- More sponsorships
- Getting my blog out there more through conferences and programs
- Have an awesome recipe index page
- New header and layout
- Better workout plans
- Have better grammar!
Things I want to try to cook/bake:
- Vegan Pot Roast
- White Chocolate Chips
- Vegan Chocolate Cake
- Condensed Almond Milk
- More Ethnic Dishes
- More Breakfast Options
I’m sure I will add to this list but that’s all that’s on my mind today.
