Its part of my get in ridiculous shape 2013 plan…
I mean how bad can Crossfit be?
My goal is to take Crossfit twice a week at 6 AM in the morning. Lets hope I can keep up with that goal.
Ok, so maybe it wasn’t a big announcement but its a big deal to me. I’ve been wanting to try it forever.
I’m also excited to go to the NYC Vegetarian Food Festival. Its two day event devoted to vegan and vegetarian foods. I can’t wait to see all the cool things there!
