A Vegan Thanksgiving- Recipe Roundup

Unfortunately this week didn’t go as planned and I didn’t have much meal prep time. My nights were too busy to do much other than clean a bit and go to sleep. But such is life and such is the notsoperfect blog! Sometimes plans don’t work out quite the way you thought they would. Stayed turned I  have two fantastic vegan dished on the way in time for Thanksgiving. Until then here is a round-up of some of my favorites!

Brussel Sprouts A big favorite in my household. If your leery to try these, don’t think just do it. Roasted brussel sprouts will turn any sprouts nah-sayer into a believer!
